Registration & Delegate Check-In
Delegates arrive and collect their delegate kits, badges, and committee assignments at the registration desk.
Opening Ceremony
Welcome address by the Secretariat, inaugural speeches, and the formal commencement of THSMUN '26.
Committee Session 1
General Speakers' List — delegates deliver opening speeches and establish their country's position on the agenda.
Lunch — IPC / DCC / UNHSC
Lunch served to delegates of the International Press Corps, Dual Crisis Committee, and UN Historic Security Council.
Lunch — COE / AIPPM
Lunch served to delegates of the Council of Europe and All India Political Parties Meet committees.
Lunch — UNGA / OAS
Lunch served to delegates of the UN General Assembly and Organisation of American States committees.
Committee Session 2
Moderated and unmoderated caucuses — structured debate begins, blocs begin to form, and preliminary working papers are drafted.

Committee Day
Committee Session 3
Continuation of substantive debate — delegates present arguments, propose amendments, and refine their working papers.
Session Break
A short recess for delegates to refresh before the next committee session.
Committee Session 4
Working papers are debated on the floor, merged, or consolidated into draft resolutions ahead of the voting procedure.

Final round of moderated debate — last amendments are proposed, draft resolutions are fine-tuned, and speakers make closing arguments.

Final session — voting procedure commences. Delegates vote on all draft resolutions and pass the final resolutions of the conference.
